Traveling has been a life long pursuit, one that has carried me through the past two decades living, working, and touring in over 15 different countries, on almost every continent of the world. I enjoy all aspects of travel: from hiking and skiing in the high mountains, to flying in the clouds, snorkeling and diving in tropical waters, to bus touring urban areas. I enjoy exploring diverse cultural landscapes or just lounging in a hammock on the beach.

Traveling and touring requires a guide with skilled communication and a willingness to experience what different cultures have to offer Deaf Travel International offers experienced tours with both groups and individuals, but specializes in bringing families experiences they are likely never to forget. My own daughter has traveled extensively with me and has also attended schools abroad, helping to teach deaf children along the way.

I currently am a sign language interpreter/teacher at a local elementary school near Glacier National Park in the mountains of Montana. I've worked extensively within the deaf community here, as well as serving several other children and adults with special needs.

I hold firmly to the belief that all people should witness the world at large and find that those who do, lead a much healthier and happier lives. Come join me in seeking out an exciting adventure.
